  • Demonstrated understanding of Human Resources principles and strict adherence to safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and practices, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in the oil and gas or petrochemical industry, with knowledge of HR processes and compliance in various countries such as Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, etc.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
