Job Responsibilities

  • To support the Compensation & Benefits Team in administration of HRIS and the remuneration and payroll processes
  • To support in implementation compensation and benefits policies, including salary revision, bonuses and benefits
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and handle employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and statutory contributions promptly
  • Maintain accurate payroll records for audit and regulatory compliance
  • Assist in reviewing salaries, benchmarking and compensation packages that aligns with organisation policies and market standards
  • Provide necessary support in managing the annual manpower budgeting exercise
  • Leverage HRIS software and automation tools to automate processes and reduce manual work processes

Job Requirements

  • Good Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or other relevant qualification
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in payroll processing, compensation and benefits administration, preferably in large sized organisation
  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing, payroll reconciliation, audit support and maintaining accurate payroll records
  • Experience in streamlining payroll processes and implementing best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Strong understanding of Employment Act, payroll regulation and tax requirements in Singapore
  • Proficiency in payroll software preferably Success Factor, SAP and Microsoft software applications such as Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities and able to handle sensitive data with confidentiality
  • Ability to work well with others under tight deadlines and respond to changes in priorities
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Meticulous and strong analytical skills
