Description:
• Carry out periodic routine inspections and tasks for the proper operations of the property. • Keep proper records of M & E readings and to monitor the performance of plant and equipment. • Check all service contactors and sub-contractors on site work and to report irregularities to the PO or CM. • Attend to complaints received through feedback from the management office. • Carry out minor tasks assigned by the Property Executive or Property Manager with regard to the physical maintenance of the property (e.g. changing of bulbs, painting, minor repairs etc) • Any other duties assigned by the Property Manager

Job Qualification:
JOB REQUIREMENT 1. NTC Certificate on Facilities technology, mechanical or electrical 2. At least 6 years and above MCST Experience in managing residential, commercial industrial or mixed development
