Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue employment contracts;
- Conduct orientation of new employees;
- Apply, monitor, renew and cancel various work passes;
- Apply for foreign workers’ security bond;
- Administer terms and conditions of employment;
- Compute and process staff’s salary using INFOTECH;
- Generate payroll GL to Accounts department monthly;
- Apply for, monitor, and renew or cancel factory licenses where required;
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by the HR and Admin Manager
Requirements
At least a diploma in Human Resource Management, preference will be given to candidates with a degree;
- Min. 5 years’ experience or more in the payroll processing via a software and familiarity with MOM Portal processes;
- Prior experience working in the construction industry;
- Pleasant personality, good communication skills, maturity, integrity, and the ability to interact with various levels of employees.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,300.00 per month
