  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Adhering to and Maintaining the required level of Standard of procedures, policy and practices in the clinic
  • Assisting the doctor during consultation and in clinic procedures (e.g. change of dressing, removal of sutures etc.) when required
  • Assisting the doctor during surgical procedures
  • Pre and post surgical administrative work
  • Provide financial counselling for patients who require surgery / procedure
  • Provide high standards of end-to-end patient care
  • Front desk and other administrative tasks such as patient registration and interview, maintaining accurate patient medical records, scheduling of appointments, dispensing of medication and care instructions, and cashiering
  • Working closely with team members to discuss, prepare and execute daily operational plan to ensure smooth patient flow and achieve high level of patient satisfaction
  • To maintain regular, consistent and punctual attendance in accordance with assigned schedule and time off policies
  • Be able to comfortably and efficiently handle multiple deadlines and task assignments
  • Must be able to work both independently and cooperatively in team settings
  • Other duties and tasks, as assigned periodically

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess a SNB Nursing Registration (for registered/enrolled nurses)
  • At least one year’s experience in the related field is preferred for this position, preferably in orthopaedic clinic.
  • Good Communication and Customer Service Skills. Ability to speak English is necessary.
