  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

You will oversee the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define role requirements.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Create and post compelling job advertisements across multiple platforms.
  • Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and shortlist candidates for further evaluation.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing clear communication to candidates throughout the process.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate data in the applicant tracking system.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in recruitment or a related HR role, with a strong track record of successful placements.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
