We are in the hunt for a highly driven and motivated Operations and Sourcing Executive to join our highly talented team in a fast-growing startup at the early stages of growth.
Responsibilities:
Operations (50%)
Visit client sites to establish strong working relationships and gain a thorough understanding of client needs and operational environments.
Develop comprehensive implementation plans, outlining necessary steps and resources required to achieve successful deployment of products or services.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all implementation items, including hardware, software, and other necessary supplies, are prepared and available.
Monitor stock levels in the warehouse and manage the re-ordering process to maintain adequate supply levels for ongoing and future client needs.
Oversee client activities during the implementation phase, ensuring all processes are followed and any issues are promptly addressed.
Provide continuous support to clients post-implementation, addressing any questions, concerns, or technical issues to ensure smooth operation and client satisfaction.
Collect and analyze feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and enhance future implementation processes.
Prepare and present regular reports on implementation progress, stock levels, and client satisfaction to senior management.
Sourcing (50%)
Conduct company wide direct and indirect sourcing for all departments
Develop new sourcing policies and process
Identify local and overseas suppliers
Requirements:
Possess initiative, able to work independently
Strong communications skill and organizing skills, ability to multi-task
Computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must
Willing to travel to site
