HP Spark Management Associate - Product Engineer

You will learn and appreciate different aspects of the business, within one of our business segments to work in upon graduation.
What a Product Engineer does at HP:
Provide resolution and implement engineering solution to product/manufacturing issues.
Engage R&D and Product Development to enable New Product Introductions and Extensions.
Identify the risks early in the program and determine the test methods needed to characterize the product to ensure we meet the end-customer needs.
Throughout the program, characterize the product to ensure we understand the risks and what it would take to address the risks.
Drive Product Qualification processes.
Drive and implement strong Product Quality System.
Own the form, fit and function of HP Printhead and drive Change Management.
Engage and drive solutions across HP value chains team such as Process Engineering, Supply Chain, Tech Support as well as Production, to improve Manufacturing Line Productivity, Yield and Quality.
Conceptualize, Develop and Deliver solutions to simplify Processes and deliver Cost Reduction out of the Operations.
Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Material Engineering.
Possess good understanding of manufacturing processes, methodologies and environment, preferably have the experience working in a fast pace and high volume electronics product manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership and organization skills.
Excellent Analytical, Problem Solving and Project Management skills.
Good Understanding of Quality Assurance & Process Control Knowledge.
Excellent team player, interpersonal and communication skill.
Able to work well under stress, both internally and across functions.
Fast learner, proactive and self -driven.
Technically inclined and hands-on personality.
