  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Location: Tuas
Salary: $3,800 - $4,500/month + OT
Benefits: AWS + VB
Additional Benefits: Medical, Miscellaneous Allowance
Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (5-day work week)

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee and optimize production workflows to maximize efficiency and minimize costs
Lead process improvements in precision manufacturing to enhance productivity & quality
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards & ISO guidelines
Manage workforce, equipment, and resources effectively for seamless operations
Conduct performance assessments & develop technical teams through training
Track and manage working hours, including OT and payroll records
Develop technical documentation & reports to enhance production efficiency

Job Requirements:

Min. 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong leadership & supervisory skills to manage subordinates
Hands-on technician background preferred (Physical work experience)
Familiarity with ISO standards is an added advantage
Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
Willing to work beyond regular hours when required
Proficient in manufacturing-related computer applications
