Responsibilities:
Oversee telephone and email support services, delivering prompt and efficient technical assistance to customers for all products.
Address customer complaints at the initial level by providing advice and solutions. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, arrange for technician visits and schedule service appointments.
Redirect complex customer complaints or inquiries to the appropriate departments or management.
Coordinate with technicians to plan service schedules and manage daily operations.
Foster strong customer relationships with a focus on enhancing satisfaction and loyalty.
Draft Product Warranty Letters and handle customer inquiries related to warranty matters.
Assist in the development, tracking, and monitoring of service reports, customer satisfaction metrics, and other performance standards.
Manage purchase requests and track spare parts procurement.
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
2–3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
