Make an Impact by
Inventory Allocation: Manage and distribute high-value inventory (Premium, IP Products, STBs) across 3PL and STS locations.
Stock Reporting: Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc inventory reports for product owners. Provide insights for decision-making to inventory owners and follow-up actions.
Reconciliation & Compliance: Conduct weekly stock reconciliations with 3PL Redemption Centers. Identify discrepancies and ensure compliance.
Aged Inventory Management: Monitor stock (Premiums) aged over 180 days in SNET Main Store. Work with Product Marketing to clear slow-moving items.
Voucher Oversight: Track voucher issuance and usage. Advise stakeholders on procurement policies on voucher purchases and usage.
Financial Coordination: Plan and execute half-yearly and annual stocktakes with Finance. Ensure audit compliance and accuracy.
Multi-Site Stock Reconciliation: Handle stock reconciliations across 22 SNET stores and Installers (Consumer-5, SME-7 and Self-Replacement/Redemption Centres-10) and stocks issuance at TEPL via courier and Singtel shops.
SME Installer Support: Oversee stock usage for SME installers. Manage monthly installation and maintenance knock-offs.
Automation Projects: Drive inventory automation initiatives such as Slimstock Project. Optimize workflows and improve efficiency.
Issue Resolution: Address operational disruptions. Implement solutions to minimize risks and ensure business continuity.
Training & Process Standardization: Train internal teams and external partners. Ensure consistency in inventory handling.
System & Data Accuracy: Perform daily inventory checks in APEX. Identify and correct discrepancies.
Stakeholder Engagement: Contribute in the monthly meetings with Product Managers and Finance. Discuss inventory aging and corrective actions.
System Feedback & Improvements: Provide feedback on APEX system performance. Drive enhancements for better operational efficiency.
