As Business Analyst, you will collaborate with APAC project delivery teams and customers to configure, integrate, and support innovative solutions in airport operations.
You will be accountable for delivering cutting-edge IT solutions that support SITA’s Airport Management Systems.
Reporting to the Project Portfolio Director, you will be a part of the PSSI/Professional Services And Systems Integration team responsible for build expertise in IT systems and project delivery while contributing to the transformation of air travel.
What will you do:
Work with customers to understand their IT and business needs.
Configure SITA systems to meet business and technical requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and third-party vendors to integrate systems into local environments.
Conduct system testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Provide support during project implementation and early go-live phases.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
To identify, assess, and report bugs or defects in the software. This involves designing and executing test cases, analyzing results, and collaborating with developers to resolve issues.
Needs to use various testing techniques to validate that the software meet specified requirements.
To ensure the delivery of high-quality, error-free products in both SIT and UAT period.
Experience:
- Recent graduate with a degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Statistics or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in relative field.
- Solid understanding of IT concepts, including experience or knowledge in:
- Databases (e.g., MS SQL)
- Operating systems (e.g., Windows Server)
- Integration technologies (e.g., APIs, message queues, web services).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Software development methodologies is a plus.
