  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Overview:

As Business Analyst, you will collaborate with APAC project delivery teams and customers to configure, integrate, and support innovative solutions in airport operations.

You will be accountable for delivering cutting-edge IT solutions that support SITA’s Airport Management Systems.

Reporting to the Project Portfolio Director, you will be a part of the PSSI/Professional Services And Systems Integration team responsible for build expertise in IT systems and project delivery while contributing to the transformation of air travel.


What will you do:

  • Work with customers to understand their IT and business needs.

  • Configure SITA systems to meet business and technical requirements.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and third-party vendors to integrate systems into local environments.

  • Conduct system testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

  • Provide support during project implementation and early go-live phases.

  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

  • To identify, assess, and report bugs or defects in the software. This involves designing and executing test cases, analyzing results, and collaborating with developers to resolve issues.

  • Needs to use various testing techniques to validate that the software meet specified requirements.

  • To ensure the delivery of high-quality, error-free products in both SIT and UAT period.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Recent graduate with a degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Statistics or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in relative field.
  • Solid understanding of IT concepts, including experience or knowledge in:
  • Databases (e.g., MS SQL)
  • Operating systems (e.g., Windows Server)
  • Integration technologies (e.g., APIs, message queues, web services).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Software development methodologies is a plus.
