Requirements:
Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY), certified to teach ages 2 months to 3 years old.
Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC), certified to teach ages 2 to 18 months.
Certificate In Infant & Toddler Care (CIT), certified to teach ages 2 to 18 months.
Responsibilities:
Document the daily routines (feeding, sleeping, diapering) of infants and toddlers in accordance to centre's SOP.
Implement and monitor the learning progress of students in accordance with the centre’s curriculum framework.
Prepare teaching aids and set up an engaging and stimulating learning environment for children.
Complete progress reports and developmental portfolios.
Build a good rapport with parents, staff and students.
Provide and maintain a safe and secure environment for children.
Guide Assistant Teacher in carrying out their tasks.
Follow assigned work shift of the centre.
Perform other related duties as required.
Attend in-house training sessions.
