  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist customer in daily bookings of cargo sales on our various airline products.
Booking of capacity with airlines and confirmation of capacity with customers.
Be familiar with the requirement of our various airline products and advise our customers accordingly.
Assist in administration of cargo bookings, e.g. loading flight reservations into system / template and ensuring all data are accurately updated.
Interface with multiple parties including customer, warehouse, carriers, etc on shipment requirements.
Track and monitor shipments status and inform customer accordingly
Maintain good relationship with both customer and handle customer's enquiries on a timely basis.
Work closely with billing team to provide accurate data for invoicing.
Other duties as assigned.
