Responsibilities

Demonstrate care, empathy and professionalism in delivering prompt and excellent services to patients.

Provide financial counselling services, estimated bill sizes, pre-op counselling and financial assistance to patients or their next of kin with regards to their scheduled operation, including booking of Operation date and coordinate follow-up required.

Assist Executive/Manager in Go-live Preparation activities such as updating of work instructions, participate in User-Acceptance Testing and transfer learning to the team.

Maintain confidentiality of patient’s information.

Ensure that the daily scheduling of the various procedures is done in a timely, organized and efficient manner.

Contact patients the day before surgery to reinforce time to come to Centre for admission and fasting instructions accordingly.

Assist and provide general administrative support such as phone and email enquiries, etc

Requirements

Diploma in any discipline / GCE ‘A’ / GCE ‘O' level / Higher NITEC in any discipline/ NITEC in Service Skills.

Good communication skills and ability to speak a second language will be an advantage.

Good customer service skills. Prior experience in hospitality or service industries will be an advantage.

Team player with organizing and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of SAP will be an advantage.

Strong passion to provide excellent service to the patients and internal stakeholders.

Comfortable with working in hospital setting.
