As a Management Trainee, you’ll gain hands-on experience in all areas of our operations, from bar and kitchen management to live event coordination and customer service. You’ll work closely with our team and learn the ins and outs of running a bar and restaurant while also managing live performances and events.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the bar, kitchen, and live music events to ensure smooth service.
Assist with food and beverage service, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Assist to manage the team, ensuring adherence to quality and service standards.
Assist with planning, organizing, and executing live music events and performances.
Oversee the inventory and stock levels for both the bar and kitchen.
Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.
Handle customer queries and ensure a positive guest experience.
Contribute to marketing initiatives to promote upcoming events, specials, and new menu items.
5-day and 6-day work week options are available.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or live music venue is preferred.
Passion for hospitality, food, drinks, and live music.
Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the company.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
