Working hours: Mon – Fri, 10am – 7pm
Location: Suntec Office/ wfh (Hybrid model)
Salary range: Up to $3600 per month
Duties:
Growth
Support the execution of driver growth initiatives, such as in-person activities that engage with drivers directly for acquisition purposes
Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to facilitate program execution
Coordinate with vendors to facilitate development and printing of marketing collaterals
Assist in the tracking and reporting of metrics for continuous improvement
Communications
Support the timely execution of regular communications to support internal business units, including the development of content pieces where necessary.
Assist in the execution of regular funnel communications to targeted drivers at different stages of the lifecycle to drive business objectives (Eg. prevent churn)
Community Engagement
Execution of community campaigns to maintain brand love
Regular engagement with drivers to gather insights and feedback, including online platforms (Eg. Facebook, Telegram, Forums)
Communicate with driver-partners to help coordinate events or giveaways
Requirements:
Keen eye for detail with strong written communication capabilities
Familiarity with using Google Suite and Microsoft Excel for basic data analysis (e.g. VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas) – you will need to be comfortable with handling data sets
Min. Degree in Biz Admin and/or operations, or experience in related fields. Entry level with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply
