Job Description:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidate and manager
Source and identify potential candidates through job portal
Schedule and coordinate interviews, liaising between candidates, manager and management, ensuring a seamless interview process
Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings and followed by final interview with management
Create and post job ads on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates
Maintain and update staff records into Infotech system
Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing reports, maintaining files, and assisting with ad-hoc HR projects
Assist in organizing recreation activities and company events
Request quotation and liaise with all vendors if required
Prepare and update monthly salesman duty chart
Prepare and update monthly organization chart and phone list
Ensure all P-files are kept in a proper manner
Monitor staff attendance/leave records/lateness/overtime record and compute necessary deductions
Assist in preparation of monthly payroll processing
Requirements:
Relevant experience in Human Resources
Good communication skills
