We are seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef / Chef De Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining excellent hygiene standards.



Job Description:

• Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, inventory management, and cost control

• Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to food safety standards

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction



Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent culinary qualification

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a professional kitchen environment

• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team

• Proficiency in various cooking techniques and knowledge of different cuisines

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
