Job Description
Support the Customer Requirements in collecting data, doing Analysis and coming up with better processes or updated processes.
Work closely with the Department leads in mapping the current process and developing the ‘to be’ Processes.
Support Current Biz Solutions team as required.
Train & build technical & process capabilities within department while providing technical expert support to other MM sites.
Actively support the Customer Requirements and projects.
Works with the various stakeholders to prepare processes, create SOP, Work Instructions ( WI ) and get the required approvals. Train Operations team after WI approval.
Manage multiple projects of small and medium size.
Confer with the Engineering and Operations Managers to implement efficient and competitive solutions
Provide proposal and presentation support for Continuous Improvements and possible new projects.
Able to do SIT, UAT as per customer requirements. Able to list out test cases and work with IT.
Job Requirements
Min Higher Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, IT Engineering, Process Engineering, Supply Chain or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of related working experience.
General awareness of Manufacturing Systems e.g. CAD, SAP, ERP etc.
General Awareness of the Lean Methodology & Principles.
Experience with write-ups on work procedure workflow & instructions for production process.
Knowledge of Industrial Engineering Basics - VSM, Process Mapping, Time Studies etc.
Must be familiar with Visio.
Experience with Data Collection and Statistical Analysis.
Good presentation skills and good grasp of the MS Office (Word, Power Point and Excel).
Resourceful, able to independently conduct research & apply new solution to business requirements.
Proven Project management skills.
Able to prioritize work based on the timelines and deliverables.
