  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

We are looking for Junior Admin Assistants to support our logistics operations by handling administrative tasks and ensuring smooth daily processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence related to logistics.
Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams for order processing.
Maintain and update shipment records and inventory reports.
Prepare invoices, delivery orders, and other logistics-related documents.
Support the team with general office administration and ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements:

Min GCE "O' levels/ITE/Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of logistics or supply chain operations is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
