The Service Assurance Analyst (IT SecOps) is responsible in collaborating with IT stakeholders in ensuring on the delivery of Enterprise IT (EIT) service management & cyber security matters.

Job Responsibilities

Make An Impact By

Vulnerability Management:

• Review historical data and implement remediation strategies across various findings.

Compliance:

• Review and enhance existing cyber security posture based on organisation policy and CIS CSAT IG3 standards.

Collaboration:

• Assist in preparing reports for management on security performance and risks.
• Engage other domain leaders and peers in security discussions and frameworks.
• Champion IT Service Management and Security best practices.

Research & Learning:

• Engage on continuous improvement initiatives that align with ITIL best practices.

Skills for Success:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and data protection practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge in ITSM / ITIL is a plus.
