Job Specifications
· Identify, develop and grow new business opportunities annually by at least 50% from year before.
· Build relationships with customers, suppliers, Charities, distributors, partners, and vendors.
· Evaluate existing partnerships and sales efforts with an eye toward building on what
· Works and changing what doesn’t.
· Manage client relationships and build new ones.
· Expand the profile and reach of the company and its brands via ATL and BTL means.
· Lead sales, marketing, customer-service, and client relationship management teams when the need arises.
· Develop and strengthen internal and external relationships that will lead to increased lead generation and market share.
· Build cross-functional teams to guide and nourish sustainable, long-term growth.
· Foster and work to maintain an entrepreneurial growth culture throughout the company and across all teams and work functions.
· Propose and develop strategic partnerships.
· Help to shape the company’s long-term objectives and determine plans for how to meet them.
· Research and identify new markets.
· Select prospective vendors and negotiates contracts.
· Travel to vendor locations, distributions centers, and other locations.
- Administrative Duties
- On-boarding of new employees
- Planning of and timely updates of the Schedules and Deployment
- Being the liaison point for all local & regional clients and partners; timely attention to issues raised by customers
- Assist Finance Manager with Payroll procedures
- Maintaining all web portals with current content, and ensuring that all materials are in accordance to respective branding guidelines and approved by the management team;
- Designing content/materials for marketing and event purposes;
- Procurement of materials required for programmes and events
- Edit and revise proposals according to notes given by executives and fellow proposal writers
Experience & Qualification:
- Degree in Business Administration/Management (is preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of Business Management &/or Marketing experience required
- Responsible with good working attitude, self-motivated and driven, proactive in learning
- Customer Service oriented personality
- Ability to build rapport at all levels
- Adaptive to change and tight deadlines
- Ability to multi-task and possess good time management skills
- Strong computer skills
- Able to start immediately will be advantageous
- 5.5 days work-week
- Knowledge of one other language preferred but not essential: Mandarin / Cantonese
