Job Specifications
- Assisting the Directors and Management Teams conceptualize, plan, and execute local & regional events;
- Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, equipment, and audio-visual equipment.
- Design and produce of graphics, artworks, presentation slides requirements
- Prepare quotations and contracts, event agenda and other relevant documents
- Ensure that events run smoothly, troubleshoot issues, and manage on-site coordination to guarantee a seamless participant experience.
- To work closely with sales and marketing team to ensure the smooth running of events
- Ensure smooth execution from pre-event setup to post-event tear down
Website Management:
- Updating website content regularly with new information and blog posts.
- Optimizing website design and layout for user experience.
- Managing website SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to improve search ranking.
- Monitoring website and identify areas for improvement.
Social Media Management:
- Developing and implementing social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Creating engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.)
- Scheduling and publishing content across different social media channels
- Monitoring social media conversations, responding to comments and messages promptly
- Running social media campaigns and promotions
- Analyzing social media performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
Experience & Qualification:
- Diploma in Business Administration / Marketing / Event Management (with following skillsets is preferred):
- Content creation: Writing compelling copy, designing graphics, creating video content
· Digital marketing knowledge: Understanding SEO, PPC, and social media analytics
· Graphic design skills: Basic photo editing and design capabilities
· Communication skills: Engaging with audiences on social media, responding to inquiries
· Analytical skills: Interpreting data to measure campaign performance
· Project management: Organizing and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
- Responsible with good working attitude, self-motivated and driven, proactive in learning
- Customer Service oriented personality
- Ability to build rapport at all levels
- Adaptive to change and tight deadlines
- Ability to multi-task and organize/prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
- Strong computer skills
- Able to start immediately will be advantageous
- 5.5 days work-week but may be required to work long and irregular hours, depending on the nature and schedules of the events
- He/She also needs to travel frequently between the office and event sites
