  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operation & After Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent after-sales support to our clients, with a strong focus on commercial vehicles.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
  • Provide after-sales support, including handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of vehicles and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis to improve operational processes.
  • Liaise with external partners and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Support the implementation of new systems or processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree and above in any field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in operations, after-sales support, or a similar role.
  • Valid Singapore driving license (Class 3 or higher).
  • Understanding of vehicles, particularly commercial vehicles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in the automotive or insurance industry is a plus.

Details:

  • Location: Enterprise Hub (Jurong MRT)
  • Working Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm (Mon to Fri), 9.00am - 1pm (Sat)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,600.00 - $3,600.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

  • Yearly bonus

Education:

  • Bachelor's or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Admin: 1 year (Preferred)
