We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Training Executive to join our team. The Training Executive will be responsible for designing, organizing, and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills, performance, productivity, and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for employee development, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Needs Analysis:

  • Conduct regular assessments to identify training and development needs across the organization.
  • Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to align training programs with business objectives.

Program Development:

  • Design, develop, and deliver training content tailored to various roles and levels within the organization.
  • Source or create materials such as handbooks, manuals, e-learning modules, and presentations.

Training Delivery:

  • Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Ensure training delivery is engaging, effective, and aligned with learning objectives.

Coordination and Administration:

  • Schedule and organize training programs, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of training attendance, feedback, and performance.

Evaluation and Improvement:

  • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback and performance metrics.
  • Continuously improve training content and delivery methods based on evaluations and organizational needs.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Act as a liaison between management, employees, and external training providers.
  • Advocate for a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure all training programs comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide regular reports on training activities, costs, and outcomes to senior management.

Qualifications:

Education:
Minimum local Polytechnic Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and evaluate training outcomes.
