Responsibilities

  • Provide support to centre operations and general administrative work
  • Maintain the centre's database
  • Liaise with Principal, teachers, Parents, and different regulatory bodies on enrolment and subsidy matters for families
  • Collection of monthly school fees and invoices and supplier payments
  • Prepare monthly accrual
  • Assist in the timely ordering and replenishing of office items, daily menu items and teaching resources.
  • Attend to telephone calls and feedback from parents
  • Process enrolment documents and follow up with parents for pending documents and fees
  • Assist in other admission activities, as and when needed by the school
  • To deliver all other admin duties assigned by the Principal and management


Requirements

  • Minimum 'N' level with at least 1-2 years of administrative experience (experience in childcare sector would be advantageous)
  • Proficient in MS Office software, such as Word, Excel & Powerpoint
  • Has initiative, is proactive and able to multitask
  • Able to work independently and as a team player

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8.30 am to 6.00pm


Salary

$13-$15 per hour (Salary will commensurate with education and relevant experience)
