Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the analysis and reporting of email marketing metrics/KPIs, including Email Open Rate, Click Rate, Click-through Rate, Revenue per Click, Revenue per Email Sent, Revenue, Number of Customers, Subscribers, and Unsubscribers, to understand customer behavior and purchasing patterns.
  • Take ownership of post-campaign analysis and list performance reporting, leveraging advanced Excel functions like VLOOKUP and pivot tables to deliver clear, actionable insights.
  • Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of email marketing campaigns, providing strategic recommendations to enhance customer engagement, retention, and revenue generation.
  • Automate list analysis and reporting processes to improve data accuracy and accelerate insights delivery.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain DOMO dashboards to provide operational and business insights to stakeholders.
  • Design and prepare predictive analysis models to forecast sales performance and inform future campaign strategies.
  • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and benchmark performance.
  • Research and share industry trends, best practices, and variance analysis with the team to drive innovation.
  • Lead the integration of AI and automation tools into analytical workflows to enhance decision-making and efficiency.

Key Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience analyzing data from online marketing campaigns, with a proven ability to provide actionable insights to improve sales and customer engagement.
  • Advanced expertise in Excel (e.g., formulas, filters, graphs, VLOOKUP, pivot tables) for data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as DOMO, Tableau, or Power BI (DOMO preferred).
  • Experience with email marketing platforms like Maropost and a strong understanding of email marketing KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI and automation tools into reporting workflows to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proven experience developing predictive analysis models and delivering high-quality analytical reports.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, extreme attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
