Description

  • Partner closely with Office of Human Resources and Department Unit Heads to oversee HR processes and support department initiatives.
  • Oversee HR processes through employment cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, organisational change, performance management and offboarding for full-time employees and Contingent Workforce.
  • Provide support to departments during the rollout of new HR policies or benefit programmes to ensure understanding and compliance with University’s procedures.
  • Support HR process improvements and manage HR-related projects, ensuring effective planning, execution, and successful completion of initiatives.
  • Manage vendor on taxation and immigration matters to support and build employee global mobility processes.
  • Management reporting on key HR metrics.
  • Support any adhoc duties or projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 10 years of relevant working experience as a HR Practitioner, with at least 3 years of Managerial experiences in similar capacity. Those from Education sector or with relevant project management experience will have added advantage
  • Able to multi-task, work independently, prioritise workloads effectively and hands-on in performing duties
  • Meticulous, high integrity, adaptive to changes and strong in processes
