Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair aesthetic and beauty devices at client locations. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service to ensure the smooth operation of our advanced aesthetic equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation & Setup: Deliver, install, and configure beauty devices at customer sites, ensuring proper functionality.
Maintenance & Repairs: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues on devices to minimize downtime.
Technical Support: Provide on-site and remote support for clients, guiding them on device operations, safety, and best practices.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate service logs, report issues, and ensure compliance with company standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and customer support teams to enhance client satisfaction and product performance.
Requirements:
ITE electrical, mechanical, biomedical engineering, or a related technical field. Experience in servicing medical or beauty devices is preferred. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to travel to client locations. Valid driver’s class 3 license
