Roles & Responsibilities

As a Class 4 Driver, you will be responsible for managing the loading and unloading of products, coordinating delivery arrangements, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. Your role is essential in maintaining efficient warehouse operations, ensuring accurate deliveries, and achieving high customer satisfaction.

- Forklift Operations: Safely load and unload products onto and from delivery vehicles using a forklift and other warehouse equipment.

- Delivery Coordination: Coordinate delivery schedules with the office and customers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

- Order Fulfillment: Ensure prompt and efficient order fulfilment adhering to delivery schedules and customer requirements.

- Packaging & Collection: Pack and collect products based on purchase and delivery orders, ensuring accuracy and proper handling.

- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform a routine vehicle checks and ensure that the lorry is in good working condition.

General Warehouse Support: Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed to support operations.

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes

1. Strong driving skills with a good knowledge of Singapore roads.

2. Strong organizational and time management skills.

3. Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with team members and customers.

4. High attention to detail and accuracy in handling products and inventory.

5. Physically fit to handle manual tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items.

6. Forklift certification with experience in safe forklift operations.

7. Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with the operations team.

Working Conditions

- Work location: Warehouse and customer sites.

- Can be noisy at times (construction material supplies)

- Equipment used: Forklift, lorry, company phone.
