Purpose

As an Enterprise Domain Development Tech Lead at StarHub – IS Divisions, you will play a crucial role in leading, development, and implementation of enterprise-level solutions across the telecommunication domain. You will be responsible for driving technical strategy, overseeing end-to-end system architecture, and ensuring that the development and delivery of services align with the business goals and technological needs.

Responsibilities


• Lead the development and implementation of enterprise-wide design strategies, process ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term technology vision.


• Drive the overall technical vision for projects, ensuring that solutions align with business needs and meet performance, scalability, and security standards.


• Oversee the development and implementation of cloud-native architectures for enterprise domain solutions, focusing on scalability, reliability, and automation.


• Design and architect scalable, reliable, configurations, integrations, customizations and efficient solutions across multiple domains, including CRM, Billing, and Rating systems, with a focus on Salesforce and Cloudsense platforms.


• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and translate requirements into detailed technical designs, action plans and roadmaps.


• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards, best practices, and technical governance.


• Ensure DevOps best practices are implemented across development and deployment processes, leveraging CI/CD pipelines, automated testing.


• Conduct code reviews, provide architectural guidance, and ensure high-quality coding standards across development teams.


• Work closely with development teams to oversee implementation, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and ensuring optimal performance and scalability.


• Act as a subject matter expert in Billing and Rating systems, ensuring proper integration and alignment with business needs.


• Drive innovation by identifying areas for optimization and improvement in system performance, scalability, and business impact.


• Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure successful delivery of projects within scope and on time.


• Support the enterprise in adopting agile development practices, fostering a collaborative and iterative approach to solution design and delivery.

Qualifications


• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field with at least 10 years of experience in solution architecture, design, and implementation.


• Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or similar role in telecommunications or related industry, with a strong focus on enterprise systems such as CRM, Billing, and Customer Experience platforms.


• Deep expertise in Salesforce and Cloudsense platforms, including configuration, integration, and customization.


• Strong knowledge of Billing and Rating systems, with experience in implementation and integration with CRM platforms.


• Experience in the telecommunications industry or related fields is preferred.


• Familiarity with Agile methodology and working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.


• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Telecommunications industry experience working with large-scale enterprise systems, including CRM, billing, and service orchestration platforms.

• Experience leading enterprise digital transformation initiatives within Telecommunications environments.

• Agile project management experience, with a focus on delivering enterprise solutions in Scrum or Kanban frameworks.

• Familiarity with telecom regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
