Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tech Course Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our courses through various channels, including digital marketing, roadshows, corporate partnerships, and events. This role requires strong communication, sales, and networking skills to attract and enroll prospective students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell BELLS Institute’s courses through digital marketing campaigns, roadshows, corporate tie-ups, and promotional events.
• Engage with prospective students to understand their learning needs and recommend suitable courses.
• Conduct consultations via phone, email, and in-person meetings to drive course enrollments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, industry partners, and educational institutions to generate leads.
• Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional strategies and optimize digital marketing efforts.
• Represent BELLS Institute at industry events, exhibitions, and career fairs.
• Provide timely follow-ups and customer service support to potential and existing students.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and enrollment KPIs set by the management.
• Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, enrollment processes, and sales activities.
Key Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in education, training, or related industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential students.
• Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or social media advertising is an advantage.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Results-driven mindset with a passion for helping individuals achieve their learning goals.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, based on event schedules.
