• We are in search for a Agency Activation Program Manager.
• The ideal candidate should come with past work experience in leading agencies to understand the operations, and/or possess relevant experience in managing agency programs (incentive/non-incentive)
The Talent
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in program management, agency leadership, or GTM execution.
Job Description
• Lead and manage agency programs end-to-end (on APAC level), ensuring successful execution with minimal supervision.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Communications to align on program objectives and execution strategies.
• Develop and implement structured processes to track stakeholder readiness, report key milestones, manage risks, and escalate issues as necessary.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, assess trade-offs, and make data-driven decisions to optimize program impact.
• Manage program cadences, including executive status updates, escalations, risk mitigation, and documentation management.
• Educate and engage internal teams on available programs, materials, and opportunities to drive adoption and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Analytics teams to measure program performance, derive insights, and refine strategies.
• Draft and refine program communications, collateral, and internal/external presentations to ensure clarity and alignment.
