  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description



Your role:

  • Gaining agreements on and achieving project goals and objectives, balancing, and managing the project scope (including requirements), schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risks.
  • Leading diverse project team(s), empowering the team members to become efficient and effective.
  • Building partnerships with the project’s stakeholders (both internal and external), leverage them to achieve organizational goals, and able to influence their opinions and negotiate effective solutions.
  • Monitoring project activities, appropriately balancing risk taking and issue escalation and setting up detailed progress / escalation reports (including suggested corrective actions) for the project steering team.
  • Assure Change Management Deliverables per Program/Market/Business/Function are delivered on time in full to enable a leader-led transformation, escalating when appropriate.
  • Perform change impact analysis and localization creating transparency on change effort anticipating risks and road-blocks.
  • Support Organizational readiness assuring a successful handover to standing organization during Continuous Improvement phase.



You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor degree, preferably in Project Management or Supply Chain Management
  • PMP Certification (desired) or equivalent.
  • Several years of Project Management experience, including experience in Change Management and working in matrix organizations, leading cross functional workstreams.
  • Consulting skills, ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels and across different geographical regions.
