The Role
As the Head of E-commerce Performance, you will take ownership of our e-commerce strategy, leading performance marketing, conversion optimization, and digital analytics to maximize revenue, customer acquisition, and retention across all direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce platforms.
What You’ll Do
Drive E-commerce Growth: Develop and implement a robust e-commerce growth strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Lead Performance Marketing: Manage paid media campaigns across search, social, display, and affiliate channels, optimizing for maximum ROAS and CAC efficiency.
Optimize Website & Tap Cart App Conversions: Enhance the user experience with A/B testing, personalization, and seamless UX/UI improvements to increase conversion rates.
Leverage Data & Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to measure campaign performance, track key e-commerce KPIs, and drive decision-making.
Enhance Customer Retention: Implement CRM, email marketing, and SMS strategies to boost customer loyalty and lifetime value.
Collaborate & Lead: Work cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, creative, development, and customer service teams to ensure seamless e-commerce operations.
What You’ll Bring
7+ years of experience in driving e-commerce performance and growing and scaling high-growth global D2C businesses.
Digital marketing, and performance marketing within a strong social media-led company.
Strong expertise in paid media.
Strong experience in e-commerce platforms (Shopify Plus preferred), and performance marketing tools.
Data-driven mindset with experience in Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, etc.
Leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams
Excellent communication and project management skills with a results-oriented approach.
