Job Summary
The E-commerce Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving e-commerce sales. This role requires expertise in managing Shopify, including product listing, app installations, setting up automation, and optimizing the online customer journey. You will also collaborate with studio manager, graphic designer and copywriter to develop compelling visuals and copy, analyze performance data, and implement strategies to meet sales targets. The primary KPI for this role is to achieve e-commerce sales targets while adhering to the marketing budget.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee product listing on Shopify, ensuring accurate categorization and visuals, to maximize conversions.
• Install and manage Shopify apps to support marketing initiatives and enhance website functionality.
• Collaborate with graphic designer and copywriter to create effective creatives, accurate descriptions, and engaging copy for various marketing channels.
• Manage and refine performance marketing campaigns, including paid ads, to drive sales and improve ROI.
• Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to boost e-commerce sales.
• Set up and manage email automation workflows on Shopify to enhance customer engagement and retention.
• Manage affiliate marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase conversions.
• Analyze campaign performance data, draw actionable insights, and implement data-driven optimizations to meet KPIs.
• Monitor and improve website performance, user experience, and the checkout process to increase conversions.
• Coordinate with the operation team to ensure product availability and accurate representation online.
• Manage customer tickets via emails and live chats.
