Are you looking for a Business Development Manager opportunity that allows you to handle regional coverage for the water and wastewater sector? This role is perfect for a dynamic leader who can develop business opportunities, build relationships, and drive market expansion across Southeast Asia. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, from design through to operations & maintenance, while working closely with key stakeholders in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a business development strategy for water and wastewater projects in Southeast Asia.

• Identify and pursue new opportunities across municipal, industrial, and commercial sectors.

• Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, utilities, EPC firms, consultants, and private sector clients.

• Provide strategic input on project design, financing, delivery models, and long-term operations & maintenance solutions.

• Lead tendering, bidding, and contract negotiations to secure major projects.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting the water sector.

• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance teams to align business development efforts with company capabilities.

• Represent the company at industry conferences, forums, and networking events to enhance brand presence.

• Drive revenue growth and profitability by identifying innovative and sustainable solutions for water and wastewater management.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in business development within the water and wastewater industry.

• Proven track record of securing and delivering large-scale projects across Southeast Asia.

• Strong understanding of water treatment technologies, project financing, PPP models, and regulatory frameworks in the region.

• Experience engaging with public and private sector stakeholders, investors, and policymakers.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to travel across the Southeast Asia region as required.
