• As part of the Marketing Team, you are responsible for managing website operations and ensuring high standards in content management, stakeholder coordination, and digital asset governance. This role oversees request handling, quality control, and process optimisation while upholding website best practices and compliance with brand and technical standards.
• Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 6.00pm
• Location: East
• 12 months contract - renewable subjected to performance!

Job Description
• Serve as the primary contact for web-related requests, including page builds, content updates, and issue resolution.
• Maintain an updated list of website pages and content owners, prioritizing and coordinating updates in English and Simplified Mandarin.
• Collaborate with UI/UX on new page layouts and facilitate additional language translations.
• Provide technical guidance on website design, content structuring, and digital best practices.
• Oversee troubleshooting, stakeholder training, and response to customer feedback to enhance user experience.
• Review and approve content updates for accuracy, brand compliance, and adherence to guidelines.
• Enforce web policies, manage Digital Asset Management (DAM), and ensure proper content organization.
• Implement structured content reviews, user testing, and performance tracking to optimize workflows.
• Monitor website display ads for brand alignment and liaise with media agencies as needed.
• Lead the content team, ensuring timely, high-quality builds and edits within SLAs.
• Assign tasks, provide guidance, and optimize workflows based on data-driven insights.
• Monitor paid media benchmarks and digital revenue.
