JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• To work with event company to manage marketing campaigns to promote the shopping centre, its retailers, and events across various platforms (online, print, social media, etc.).

• Manage seasonal and special promotional campaigns that drive foot traffic and sales for tenants.

• Ensure content for shopping centre’s website, social media platforms, newsletters, promotional materials, signage and digital platforms are aligned with the overall brand voice and messaging of the shopping centre.

• Assist in planning, coordinating events and activations (e.g., seasonal promotions, product launches, family events, festivals, etc.) to drive engagement and foot traffic.

• Handle post-event evaluations, ensuring campaigns are measured for effectiveness.

• Develop strong working relationships with shopping centre tenants, ensuring their marketing and communication needs are met.

• Support tenants with campaign ideas and co-branded marketing materials that align with the shopping centre’s strategy.

• Provide tenants with updates on upcoming events, promotional opportunities, and marketing initiatives.

• Manage the shopping centre's social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.

• Ensure the website is regularly updated with relevant content and promotions.

• Maintain consistency of brand messaging across all communication channels.

• Work with event company for press releases, media advisories, and promotional content for media outreach.

• Develop and implement customer engagement strategies, such as loyalty programs or customer feedback initiatives, to improve shopper satisfaction and retention.

• Collect and analyse customer feedback to drive improvements in marketing strategies and services.

• Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

• Prepare reports on marketing campaign performance, social media metrics, and other KPIs, presenting findings to senior management.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Candidate with self drive possess Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

• At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing or communications, ideally in a retail, shopping centre, or hospitality setting.

• Good knowledge of digital mediums, including digital media such as TikTok, Meta, etc.

• Relevant experience in graphic design and knowledge.
