My client, a leading B2B tech company, is seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist/Enablement to enhance the use of digital tools across organic marketing channels, including CRM, website, and chatbot. This role will focus on developing strategies, managing digital nurture projects, optimizing digital workflows, and enabling APAC marketing teams to maximize the impact of their digital marketing initiatives.

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize digital marketing tools for organic channels, improving customer journeys and data integration.

• Enable APAC marketing teams to effectively leverage marketing automation, analytics, and customer engagement tools.

• Lead and support digital nurture initiatives to enhance lead generation and conversion efforts.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute and refine digital marketing strategies.

• Monitor and analyze performance data using dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Datorama) to drive insights and continuous improvement.

• Ensure seamless integration of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua, Marketo) with CRM and website ecosystems.

• Provide best practices, training, and strategic guidance to enhance adoption and effectiveness of digital marketing tools.
skills and experience required

• At least 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of customer journeys, CRM, digital nurture and data-driven decision-making.

• Proven expertise in managing digital marketing automation platforms and driving strategic initiatives.

• Hands-on experience with marketing analytics, automation tools (Eloqua, Marketo), and data dashboards (Tableau, Datorama) .

• Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with tools like SEMRush, Ahrefs, Demandbase, or 6Sense is a plus.

• Familiarity with SEO/SEM and content management systems (e.g., Drupal, AEM) is advantageous.

• Prior B2B marketing experience within the tech industry is preferred.
