The role of Sales and Customer Support Administrative is an integral part of the team. You will be the sales representative to our customers in both the hospitals and private specialists throughout Singapore. Your primary goal is to drive sales, enhance customer relationships, and promote the company’s products and services effectively. This role requires strong communication, sales expertise, medical knowledge, and the ability to manage complex accounts, all of which contribute to increased sales, stronger relationships, and customer satisfaction resulting in the achievement of the monthly sales targets.
Key responsibilities:
• Developing and nurturing long-term relationships with key accounts.
• Meet or exceed sales targets by driving product sales and services within assigned medical accounts.
• Lead contract negotiations, agreements, and pricing discussions to secure competitive and profitable deals while preserving positive client relationships.
• Conduct customer training, resolve concerns, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Collect feedback, monitor competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to drive revenue.
• Plan and organize weekly and monthly work schedules for the assigned territory.
• Provide regular sales reports and insights to management, highlighting account performance, challenges, and new opportunities while tracking key metrics such as sales growth, customer satisfaction, and retention.
About you
• Minimum 1-2 years experience as a medical sales representative or similar role.
• Diploma/ Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
• Proven experience in medical sales, key account management, or a related field, bringing added value.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and adapting to company growth.
• Skilled in driving sales and achieving targets.
• Self-motivated, personable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
• A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Effective communicator who upholds company values and demonstrates expected behaviors.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Hands-on approach with a results-driven mindset.
• Proficient in using various software tools, including Monday.com, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Office365.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
