What you'll do:

As a Case Manager - Sales Support, your role will be pivotal in supporting the sales team to deliver tailored insurance solutions to high net worth clients. You will manage cases end-to-end, liaising with international insurance carriers and business partners, preparing detailed product comparisons for client presentations, and ensuring all underwriting requirements are met. Your commitment to providing exceptional after-sales policy service will contribute to our client's reputation for excellence. Additionally, your input will be valued in the continuous improvement of internal processes.

• Support Sales Partners in providing customized insurance-based solutions to High Net Worth clients

• Ensure efficient execution of insurance applications and liaison with insurance carriers and business partners internationally

• Prepare illustrations and product comparisons for client presentations

• Arrange medical examinations and ensure fulfillment of underwriting requirements

• Provide after-sales policy services support

• Participate in improvement of internal processes and ad-hoc assignments or projects when required

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Case Manager - Sales Support role brings a wealth of experience from the insurance industry, specifically in administration support, client servicing, or sales operations. With a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience, you understand the nuances of working with high net worth clients. Your excellent communication skills enable you to interact effectively with both clients and team members. You are detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Your willingness to share knowledge and skills demonstrates your commitment to teamwork.

• Bachelor Degree holder, preferably in any business related disciplines

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant working experience in insurance administration support/ client servicing/ sales operations in an insurance company and/or brokerage

• Excellent communication skills and preferably bilingual

• Ability to work independently and proactively

• Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environment

• Willingness and ability to share and impart knowledge & skills to team members
