• Develop and implement long-term sales strategies for key accounts. Monitor progress and adjustsales activities to ensure objectives are met, focusing on sustainable growth and customer retention.
• Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales priorities. Plan and schedule personal and team activities to ensure efficiency and achievement of sales targets.
• Coach and mentor a sales executive, providing clear guidance, support, and feedback to help them develop skills and achieve their targets. Foster a collaborative, high-performance sales culture.
• Coordinate frequently with our Japan HQ, ensuring clear and effective communication of sales updates, market insights, and business strategies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 6 to 10 years of sales or marketing experience in the Chemicals industry.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively with multi-cultural stakeholders at all levels.
• Require communicating with our Japan HQ. Knowledge of Japanese language (written and spoken) is essential.
• Proactive work attitude with a high level of commitment and initiative.
