Job Description
Strategy and Growth Manager (SGM) is a dynamic role that will be involved in the marketing, partnership, growth strategy and user journey aspects of the business. The primary responsibility of the SGM will be in growth strategy formulation and optimization efforts while focusing on marketing strategy, strategic partnership opportunities, and optimising the in-app placements to increase usage to achieve the financial outcomes.
Key day-to-day tasks will include but is not limited to:
Define and work with RGM & Product on the execution of the overarching marketing and strategic growth strategies.
Identify areas of opportunities from demand generation, in app placement marketing, fulfillment, and partnership improvement perspectives
Formulate recommendations for marketing and commercial terms, by working with the respective regional corresponding teams.
Define strategy to realize and execute financial goals consistently, working cross-functionally with Marketing, Pricing, Platform, Product, and other functional areas as required to achieve the targeted growth.
Responsible for partnership generation and growth to drive additional revenue and income for the business
Own key marketing and growth financial goals for the product by either influencing other functional areas or executing directly.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or any other quantitative fields, or other relevant fields from reputable universities with (minimum GPA of 3.5/4.0 is a plus). An MBA or Master's Degree in the aforementioned field is a plus.
7 years or more of working experience
Experience in the financial services industry, primarily in consumer lending environments in fintech, ecommerce or, other technology companies. Experience in global consulting firms related to financial services consumer lending growth would additionally be a plus.
Strong analytical mindset and an excellent understanding of the marketing, usage growth and P&L metrics to drive both top and bottom line growth.
Strong understanding of the BNPL and consumer lending space as well as go to market strategies within the industry.
