As a MSB Reliability Lab Process Technician, you will be primarily responsible for supporting the activities of Device Rel Process in quality improvement and ramping all new technologies while focusing on being cost effective in manufacturing. You will collaborate with the Process Engineers across all technologies to facilitate analysis, execution, and implementation of process changes, setting up / updating operational procedure and specifications, as well as conducting training to Operation team.
Responsibilities and Tasks
Reliability Process:
- Familiarize with reliability process procedure.
- Assist in evaluate and improve processes, materials, and/or equipment
- Identify, investigate, and document process deviations.
- Solve process deviations using systematic fixing techniques.
- Solve process problems and determine the best course of action.
- Assist engineer with process developments.
- Monitor metrics associated to process capability and robustness.
- Support in development/improvement of process, equipment and/or material
- Assist Engineer in conducting experiments (DOE) and summarize data collected under proper documentation and presentation materials.
- Understand factors that impact process quality and propose solutions.
- Understand process limits and capabilities (CpK) and support process improvement evaluations
- Assist in implementation of New Process and Process Changes to Operation
- Assist Engineer in maintaining operation procedures/specification
- Coordinate and conduct training/briefing for operation team on operation procedures
- Support Reliability Operation in complete daily request with compliance of JEDEC standard of Rel process
- Initiate purchase request for process, equipment and/or material
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering (preferably Electric & Electronics, Mechanical or Chemical)
- Basic knowledge in semiconductor manufacturing and package reliability stresses
- 2 or more years of relevant experience in related fields will be preferred
- Normal Day Shift
