Your Role

The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and
performance of Mighty Jaxx's direct-to-consumer website (mightyjaxx.com) and several
third-party marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart.com, TikTok Shop, eBay, and more.
This role will focus on driving sales growth, optimising product listings, managing
promotions, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment in collaboration with our 3PL and
logistics teams. The ideal candidate will have experience managing eCommerce platforms
and marketplaces, a strong understanding of digital marketing, and a passion for delivering
exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
eCommerce Management:

  • Manage and optimise Mighty Jaxx’s direct-to-consumer website (mightyjaxx.com)
to maximise sales and improve the customer experience.
  • Oversee the online store’s product catalog, including new product launches, content
updates, and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with our Singapore-based marketing team to plan and execute
promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy, and
localisation for global campaigns.
  • Monitor site performance, including traffic, conversion rates, and customer
feedback, to pinpoint opportunities for improvement.


Marketplace Management:

  • Manage Mighty Jaxx’s presence on third-party marketplaces, including Amazon,
Walmart.com, TikTok Shop, eBay, and others.
  • Optimise product listings to improve visibility and drive sales, by conducting
keyword research, content updates, and imagery enhancements.
  • Monitor marketplace performance metrics, such as sales, reviews, and rankings, to
identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines, proactively addressing
any issues or risks.

Order Fulfillment & Logistics: Work closely with 3PL and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and

delivery processes across all sales channels.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocks to avoid stockouts and ensure
timely product availability.
  • Resolve order issues, including delays, cancellations, and customer inquiries, to

maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Sales & Performance Analysis:
  • Track and analyse e-Commerce and marketplace sales performance, identifying
trends and areas for growth.
  • Prepare regular performance reports for internal stakeholders, highlighting key
metrics and actionable insights.
  • Use data-driven insights to recommend and implement strategies to improve sales,

conversion rates, and customer retention.

Collaboration & Communication:
  • Collaborate with our internal marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging
across all online channels.
  • Partner with our product and design teams to ensure accurate product information
and high-quality visuals.
  • Work closely with our global customer service team to address any order-related

issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements Prior experience in E-commerce and marketplace management, preferably within

the collectibles, toys, or lifestyle product industries.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing sales on direct-to-consumer websites
and third-party marketplaces.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and E-commerce best practices.
  • Experience working with 3PL and logistics teams to manage order fulfillment and

inventory.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven
decisions.
  • Proficiency in eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and marketplace tools (e.g.,
Amazon Seller Central).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain

relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
