We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager to oversee major account/s in our expanding BPO company. This role involves leading a team of call agents, managing and reviewing outstanding bills, and ensuring collection performance meets client expectations. A strong understanding of AR processes, billing cycles, and aging reports is crucial for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead and oversee a team of call agents to drive collection efforts and meet performance targets.
  • Billing & Collections Oversight: Monitor and review outstanding accounts (30 to 180 days), ensuring effective follow-ups and timely recoveries.
  • Performance & Compliance: Implement collection strategies to achieve client-set goals while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Client Relations: Act as the primary liaison for the major account, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and maintaining a strong working relationship.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track collection performance, analyze aging trends, and prepare detailed reports for internal and client review.
  • Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in the AR process and recommend improvements to enhance recovery rates.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum [3] years in AR management or a related financial role.
  • Leadership: Proven experience managing a team in an AR or collections environment.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of billing processes, aging reports, and collection strategies.
  • Analytical Abilities: Ability to interpret data, develop insights, and adjust collection strategies accordingly.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with both internal teams and external clients professionally.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with AR management systems and Excel (or other reporting tools).
