Strategic:
- Drive sales growth (prospect, engage and where possible solution) for APAC PDS across US & EMEA based clients (who are not current buyers in APAC)
- Develop insightful information packs and engaging presentation modules for clients the JLL PDS, Work Dynamics (WD) and overall platform
- Build trusting relationships internally with relevant JLL stakeholders in US & EMEA and where relevant, externally with Client stakeholders
Operational:
- Develop a thorough understanding of PDS’ capabilities & licenses across APAC (high level for US & EMEA)
- Work with JLL US and EMEA to develop and manage a pipeline of prospective US & EMEA based clients who have growth plans in APAC (ideally broker-led or WD accounts in that region)
- Prospect and engage with JLL stakeholders that own these relationships and via them with these clients, to position JLL APAC PDS as a preferred service provider
- Collaborate internally with Accounts, PDS, Markets Advisory, Consulting, Research & Technology to be build insightful & engaging content for prospecting
- Coordinate with the wider WD, PDS, Markets Advisory and Sales community to coordinate and synergize effort
- Sales Governance: Understand and adhere to the governance process and protocols as required
- Maintain accurate sales reporting information in the relevant systems by following standard JLL sales and solutions processes
Tactical:
- Track and stay well versed with market/industry trends and technologies (design, materials, construction tech & tools, etc)
- Participate in relevant events/organizations
- Build strong relationships with decisionmakers and influencers
Experience
- Direct client facing experience directly managing decision makers and C-suite level professionals
- Good working knowledge of Design & Project Management
- 10+ years total minimum work experience
- Professional qualification in project / construction management or design or equivalent is a plus
Skills
- Has very strong capability in both written and especially verbal communication and is able to articulate well across all grades of stakeholders especially during in-person/virtual interactions
- Has a strong solutions focus mindset (ability to mould conversations towards making a sale)
- Must be analytical & organized – should be able to work with data platforms and people to extract information in order to achieve the outcome
- Has good knowledge of and experience working with MS Office, especially Power Point and is an experienced and capable presenter
- Being multi-lingual is a plus
