Bridge Carbon LLC is a London-based international carbon project developer committed to building a world-class carbon finance organization that defines the standards for quality, integrity, and transparency across the voluntary carbon markets. The Company utilizes best-in-class carbon methodologies, as well as third-party digital monitoring, reporting, and verification (dMRV) processes to ensure that every ton of carbon credits created can be traced directly to reductions achieved by the Company’s carbon removal activities.

The role has responsibility to drive and support the development of our projects in developing countries. The role will report to the Global COO who is based in London.

Key responsibilities include:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve Bridge Carbon goals in various areas related to climate impact mitigation.

- Create detailed operational plans, ensuring effective execution and monitoring throughout the lifecycle.

- Manage and/or support multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget and quality targets.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering expansion and growth in developing countries.

- Establish and maintain strategic and operations partnerships with other companies, governmental bodies and international organizations.

- Develop and contribute to the creation of business and financial models to support project viability and sustainability.

- Support and contribute to M&A activities to enhance company growth and impact.

- Support the COO with ad hoc queries and projects.

Requirements:

- University degree in a relevant field is preferred.

- Experiences in strategic and operational planning within climate impact mitigation and/or development projects. Awareness of humanitarian impact and understanding of social impact of climate projects.

- Expert project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading complex projects.

- Experience developing business and financial models.

- Must have prior experience applying advanced accounting and reporting concepts to include acquisition and mergers, revenue and cost recognition, consolidation, intangibles.

- Fluency in English and French. Knowledge of languages relevant to regions of operation is a plus (Portuguese, Chinese, Laotian, Cambodian, Thai, Vietnamese). The job involves dealing with markets where the language is essential and the need to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders who speak only that language.

- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to drive business development initiatives.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.

- Versatile and able to adapt to various roles, from hands-on operational tasks to high- level business development and strategic interactions.
